Mon Aug 8th

THE SHOW
I don’t want to jinx it but Monday picked up where Friday left off. Stacey got a surf lesson from our own Surf Junkie Jeff, and we discussed that. I talked about The Pamela Anderson Roast I attended the night before. It was a great time while it simultaneously destroyed my faith in everything. I’m lucky to still have eye balls after witnessing Courtney Love and her phenomenal yet tragic behavior at this event. My Crew and our guests restored some of my depleted faith.

THE GUESTS
Award winning author Tom Kelly paid us a very nice MightyMorningShow visit. His books are “Payback” “The Rackets” and his latest “Empire Rising” Gritty New York City set thrillers, written by a terrific guy, and a fascinating guest. Later that day he struck a television deal with HBO, congratulations. Next in was Tennessee musician Roger Allen Wade, who delighted us and our listeners with both live versions and studio cut’s from his latest release “Likkered Up” He was joined by his producer, cousin, and star of the weekend’s box office blockbuster, “The Dukes of Hazard” Johnny Knoxville. It was a blast hanging out and shooting the fat with these guys, great guests as well. Later that day they got drunk with Stacey.
